The EL-USB-TC is a standalone data logger capable of measuring and storing over 32,000 temperature readings from K, J, or T-type thermocouples. It is supplied with a K-type probe for a measurement range of 0 to +200°C, although the device supports alternative probes for wider temperature applications. Setup and data analysis are handled via the free EasyLog software, which allows users to graph, print, and export downloaded data after plugging the logger into a PC’s USB port. The device offers user-programmable features such as alarm thresholds and logging rates, and typically provides a two-year battery life.
