The PFLC-68 is a Fully Pneumatic Packaging Controller designed to automate industrial packaging operations. Key features include a Touch Screen, Real-Time Clock (RTC) facility, and a user-friendly, password-protected menu for device configuration. The controller utilizes 10 outputs, including eight relays rated at 5A, 230V AC, to manage critical functions such as horizontal/vertical sealing, cutting, nitrogen filling, batch coding, and unwinding. It operates on a 24V DC power supply and is designed for panel mounting with a compact 92mm x 92mm cutout.
